One on One with Courtsessions
How does it work ?

Register at the link above and you will receive instructions on how to get started.

Once you get registered you will have a one on one call with either myself or one of our CourtSessions teachers where we talk about where with the game of basketball and where you would like to be. On this call we will lay out the plan for the next month and give you your first week of workouts.

Your once a week call for a month will last from 30 to 45 minutes.  We will focus on four areas : Ball Handling, Playmaking, Finishing and Shooting. We will teach and work on these skills on their own while blending them together as the month goes on.

We will ask for video updates of certain things as well as being available to watch film with you on our weekly call if it serves your needs.  We are very excited to work with you and make the most of this time.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
